Rain King, Inc. has served Victoria and the surrounding area since 1982. The company was started by Teresa and Alan Cain as a sheet metal contracting business. In 1992, roofing was added to the product line. Rain King primarily focuses roofing operations on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Rain King, Inc. was incorporated in 1996 with Alan Cain as President and Teresa Cain as CEO/Secretary/Treasurer. Rain King, Inc. is a State of Texas certified HUB-WBE. We are also certified by the city of Austin and the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) as a Women Business Enterprise. Rain King is listed in the Federal Central Contractor Registration as a Woman-Owned Small Business.
Roofing is bid and installed all across south and central Texas in a 250-mile radius around Victoria. All service is from our 2 locations: 2006 Delmar in Victoria, Texas and 3709-B Promontory Point #248, Austin, Texas.
Rain King has all tools and equipment necessary to tear off and install roofing. Roof crew size and number are constantly evaluated to ensure timely progress for satisfactory substantial completion.
